How We Help Our Community

Jewish Family Service provides a wide range of programs designed to support individuals and families through life’s challenges.

Counseling session with therapist and clients

Since 2004, the MyndWorks Outpatient Counseling Program at JFS has supported some of the most vulnerable children and families in our community. Today, that commitment continues through high-quality, compassionate mental health care for individuals and families of all ages.

Our experienced, nonjudgmental clinicians bring expertise across a wide range of therapeutic approaches and life stages. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we’re here to meet you where you are.

No concern is too big or too small. If you’re ready for support, we’re ready to walk alongside you.

Two women having a serious conversation

For families facing more intensive challenges, our 32-week Family Based Mental Health program provides in-home and community-based treatment designed to:

  • Prevent out-of-home mental health placement
  • Support family reunification when a child has been placed outside the home
  • Support family reunification when a child has been placed outside the home

Each family works with a dedicated team of two therapists who partner closely with caregivers and children to create meaningful, lasting change.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. MyndWorks is here to help your family heal, grow, and move forward, together.
