Finkelstein–Cohen Kosher Meals on Wheels Program
Since 1972, Jewish Family Service has delivered nutritious kosher and specialized meals to older adults in the greater Harrisburg community through the Finkelstein–Cohen Kosher Meals on Wheels Program.
Meals are prepared, packed by volunteers, and delivered within 24 hours. Clients receive six meals per week, with deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Eligible individuals must be aged 60 or older, homebound, and/or unable to prepare nutritious meals. Individuals with disabilities may also qualify. Meals are available for a nominal fee, with county subsidies available for those who qualify.
