Jewish Family Service helps individuals and families access the food they need to stay healthy and supported. Through the Libby Urie Food Pantry and the Finkelstein–Cohen Kosher Meals on Wheels Program, we provide compassionate, reliable assistance rooted in dignity and care.
The JFS Libby Urie Food Pantry provides individuals and families with nutritious food in a welcoming, grocery-store–style setting.
- Visits available up to two times per month (by appointment)
- Kosher options available
- Pet food and personal care items offered
- Case manager onsite for referrals and SNAP assistance
- Pantry hours vary
Since 1972, JFS has delivered nutritious kosher and specialized meals to older adults who are homebound or unable to prepare meals.
- Volunteer-prepared meals
- Delivered within 24 hours
- Six meals per week (Mon/Wed/Fri delivery schedule)
- Nominal fee; subsidies available for those who qualify
